The Spanish Las Palmas is an island province. It is also a part of the autonomous community of the Canary Islands. Its main city is Las Palmas de Gran Canarias.

What type of property to choose
 

When buying housing in the province, it is better to choose densely populated cities, for example, Las Palmas de Gran Canarias at a short distance from the coastline.

Sale and lease of houses in Las Palmas is a common practice.  Such offers can be found both in small villages and in large cities, where apartment blocks are situated next to private ones.  The daily accommodation will cost around 100-200 euros, depending on the location of the house and its level of comfort. This type of housing can be purchased for 90-150 thousand; on the coast price bar is slightly higher (300 thousand). Some foreigners express a desire to buy a land plot in Las Palmas.
 

Villa. This type of real estate is the most demanded among foreigners, which are not even frightened by impressive price tags. One day in elite private residence can cost 300-400 euros.  You will need serious investments of 600-1500 thousand to buy a villa in Las Palmas.

There is no direct flights from Moscow to Las Palmas.
 

By plane. From Moscow you can fly to Gran Canaria Airport and after use where domestic flights. One more option: a flight change in Madrid or other major cities of Spain and Europe.
 

By ferry. When you get by plane to Tenerife, you can continue your journey by sea. There is a regular ferry from the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which delivers tourists to the Agate Port, in the northwest of Gran Canaria.
 

You can travel around the city and surrounding area by bus, rented car or taxi.

If you arrive on holiday in the province of Las Palmas, sightseeing should begin exactly from the capital. The church of the Ermita de San Antonio Abad is located in the old part of the city. It is famous for the fact that it was in it that Christopher Columbus prayed for the last time before he went to America. Not far from there was also a house in which the seaman stopped in 1492.
