Information

Masovian Voivodeship is the largest and most populous of the 16 Polish provinces. It spreads on  35,579 square kilometers in east-central Poland. The Voivodeship has 5 million inhabitants and a significant part of them lives in Warsaw (1.7 million) Other important cities are  Radom, Płock and  Siedlce. The capital of the voivodeship is the national capital, Warsaw.

 

Masovian Voivodeship is the center of science, research, education, industry and infrastructure in the country. It currently has the lowest unemployment rate in Poland and is classified as a very high income province and offers a lot of options of flats and houses for sale and rent. The beautiful landscape is popular among holidaymakers due to the number of historical monuments and greenery; forests cover over 20% of the voivodeship's area, where pines and oaks predominate in the regional landscape. Additionally, the famous Kampinos National Park located within Masovian Voivodeship is a UNESCO-designated biosphere reserve.

Radom’s pretty city center attracts tourists however, Radom’s rental prices are a tiny bit lower but the cost of a sqm is higher than in Plock.

Transport

While Warsaw is accessible by flights, trains, roads, Plock and Radom are available within a short train or car or bus ride from the capital. Public transportation is widespread in the major cities and any attraction can be reached swiftly. Uber is available in Warsaw. 

If you are looking for a flat for renting or selling in Warsaw you can be not worried about how to get to different destinations because the capital of Poland has a wide network of metro which connects the whole city and also with its main airport Warsaw airport of Federic Chopin. However it has a second airport -Modlin, located 1 hour away, traveling by bus.Second airport focused mostly on low cost flights which connects Warsaw with other european capitals. 

 

One of the popular means of transportation between its citizens is a tram. Tram lines connect the main places of the city and it's fast and comfortable.

Warsaw is full of sights, pubs, and restaurants. Although having been destroyed in the Second WW it has even been rebuilt nicer as it had been before. Plock and Radom offer beautiful old cities, cathedrals and excellent Polish cuisine.  Warsaw is the perfect place for people who like sports and open air activities. Warsaw has a lot of amazing parks adapted for jogging, cycling, skating or just to have a pleasant walk enjoying the nature and quiet atmosphere.  Travelers roaming in their city centers enjoy their pristine tranquility.

One of the attractions of Warsaw is considered its river Wisla which divides the city in two parts. In warm months of the year the banks of the river become a very animated place full of terraces where you can have a drink enjoying river wie and pleasant day.

Also there are a lot of tourist boats which offer visitors and citizens a nice trip by the river and sea on both banks of Warsaw. 

 

Of course, the market deserves special attention. It attracts visitors with its original architecture and fabulous atmosphere, especially during the Christmas season, when the Christmas market opens in the square. At the fair you can taste Polish cuisine and drink warm mulled wine. Warsaw is also a very culturally active city. The capital often hosts a variety of concerts, sports competitions and marathons that you can take part in or just watch from the side. And for art lovers it will always be interesting to visit one of the many performances at the Warsaw Opera. In a word, everyone can find entertainment they like and can afford in the capital of Poland.
