Information
Costa Tropical ( "Tropical Beach") - is more than a hundred-kilometer strip of the coast of Spain in the province of Granada. This southern region of the Spanish Mediterranean has a mild tropical climate, a wide variety of exotic fruits and original local cuisine "seksitana" where fresh seafood is combined with tropical fruits, goat cheese and a light red wine.
Real State
Homes for sale and rent on Costa Tropical are not as popular as on the neighbouring coasts - this region is not so well-known among domestic tourists. The property owners and renters here are mostly British, Germans, Swedes and Danes. Moreover, the Scandinavians make up more than 30% of the total tourist flow in the region.
Apartments for sale and rent on the Costa Tropical is a good financial investment, as the prices on this coast are very affordable, and the infrastructure is not worse in comparison to the more prestigious and popular regions - the Costa del Almeria and the Costa Brava. The peculiarity of the region is also the fact that the real estate here is well represented in various price categories - from inexpensive apartments to luxury villas on the coast.
When you have a desire, it’s quite possible to buy a piece of land on the Costa Tropical. Despite the large number of protected areas and national parks, the land for construction is available, but these are mostly large pieces of land, being sold with a building permit and the project. Therefore, their prices are usually very high. For about the same money villas on the Costa Tropical are being sold - but not on the coast - on the second-third line. The house in the first line will cost you 2.5-3 times.
If we talk about budget accommodation, sale and rent of apartments on the Costa Tropical is exactly the perfect segment of the market. For the acceptable price you can buy a small apartment, where a quite convenient and comfortable two-, three-room apartment situated in the walking distance from the beach starts from.
Costa Tropical is currently not a particularly popular tourist region among foreigners. But the Spaniards enjoy the rest here quite often. Region focuses mainly on the internal market, so the houses for sale and rent on the Costa Tropical are not very profitable, and in the short term, the purchase of real estate in the region is not the most promising decision. But, according to financial analysts, the situation will change in the near 7-10 years and then apartments will increase their price significantly.
